The building management system controls the heating, hot water services, hard and softened cold water services, ventilation and includes full plant status’ monitoring.

Incoming utility meters are also monitored by the building management system.

A fully networked Honeywell EXCEL building management system was supplied and installed including dynamic plant graphics installed on the existing campus front end supervisor

A Honeywell EXCEL building management system has been installed in a number of new buildings on the site campus, particularly the new student accommodation buildings and is connected to an existing campus wide building management system and integrated onto an existing front end supervisor where full plant active graphics are installed.
