System Back-up
With the flexibility and adaptability of modern BMS systems we can alter the BMS system operation as site requirements change. System changes can be tracked and stored in case of emergencies.

24 / 7 Bureau Service
Remote access allows support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our bureau service.

Condition Based Maintenance
It is possible to diagnose the need for maintenance or a service through condition monitoring. This can remove the need to perform unnecessary preventative maintenance.

Utilities Management
Measurement and analysis of utility meter readings and advice on reducing energy consumption in order to manage energy costs and to reduce energy waste.

Monitoring and Targeting
With most buildings we find that energy consumption follows a regular and particular profile.  We can record the actual energy consumption data and then compare it against the regular profile.

Alarm Monitoring
We can identify and communicate alarm conditions in many different ways to both local and remote locations.  This ensuring a quick response, business continuity - in many cases a repair or corrective action can be taken before the occupants of the building are aware that there is a problem.
