The restaurant and main atrium are both equipped with natural ventilation for cooling which is controlled by the building management system. The motorised windows in both areas are also utilised for smoke evacuation purposes

Control system installed : A fully networked Johnson Controls building management system was supplied and installed complete with a full front end supervisor package integrated onto the clients existing package

The building management system controls the heating, hot water services, cold water services, forced ventilation, natural ventilation (motorised windows), cooling and fan coil units including invertor speed control of the AHU fan motors and the pumps.
