The site BMS network incorporates a full fibre optic to copper switching system which was designed and installed by ourselves.

 

A fully networked (via fibre optic) Trend IQ3  building management system was supplied and installed complete with a full 963 front end supervisor package including dynamic plant graphics as part of a £120m extension increasinging the size of the existing shopping centre to 435,00sq feet.

 

The building management system controls the new mall heating plant and ventilation plants.

Automatic non-essential/essential mains supply changeover panels serve the car park and service yard plant.

The car park and service yard ventilation equipment is enabled and controlled under a complex fire/life safety strategy whilst restricting carbon  monoxide levels in the critical public areas.
