The building is naturally ventilated throughout by the use of WindCatchers and heated locally using radiant heating panels controlled by bulk bulb thermostats.

We provide full off site system monitoring of temperatures, plant status’, faults etc and provide an integrated emergency callout, service and maintenance package to the clients on site resident facilities management contractor.

A fully networked Trend IQ3 system building management system was supplied and installed complete with a full 963 front end supervisor package including dynamic plant graphics as part of a £78m package to provide up to date facilities primarily for people in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

The building management system controls the central heating plant in each of the 6No plantrooms (including all boiler and supply air ventilation plant), monitors the air conditioning system as well as energy monitoring of the incoming gas, water and electric meters.
